Hacking Soundhax error when booting.

I just installed Luma3ds, but whenever I try to enter the homebrew launcher through soundhacks, I get a fatal error and must reboot. Does anyone know how to fix this?

After you install Luma3ds the entrypoints like soundhax will no longer work. What you need is either to set rosalina and 3ds download player with the homebrew launcher. Or you can install the homebrew launcher cia and use that to load homebrew.

Due to how Rosalina works, old *hax doesn't work anymore. However, you can install the HBL to the home menu if you want.
You'll need this CIA: https://github.com/yellows8/hblauncher_loader/releases and this 3DSX (cia version optional too): https://github.com/Steveice10/FBI/releases
Put FBI.3dsx in SD/3ds and put the cia(s) in SD/cias.

Once you've done that & put your SD card back in your 3DS, open Download Play. Then press L, Down (on the d-pad), and Select at the same time and a menu should appear. Go to Misc. options and select "Switch hb title to current app". Then press B until you are back in Download Play before closing and reopening it. When it opens, you should be in the HBL. Open FBI, navigate to SD/cias, and install hblauncher_loader (and FBI if you got that CIA). Once you go back to the home menu, you should see the Homebrew Launcher there. However, before you open it you may need to go back to the Rosalina menu (L + Down + Select), Misc. Options, and select "Switch hb title to hblauncher_loader". You don't have to do this if it says "Switch hb title to current app". You now have the Homebrew Launcher on your home menu, so have fun!
