Hacking Sora no Kiseki FC and SC Evolution with the implemented translated script from the PSP versions?

How are the chances that someone could just take the english translated script files from the PSP version of both games and implemented them in the Evolution remasters on the Vita. I just think there would be high demand for it as the Evolution remasters are so much better.

First of all, why do the PSP version when the PC versions are better and include script changes for the first game that make it fit better with the translation of the second game?

And second, someone already started. They're not actively working on it.

I thought Sora FC PSP had the same script as PC... Well then the PC version would be the best choice.
So they are trying to implement the translated script into the evolution versions?
Any link for the project?
