Gaming Sony Store Missing Lumines: Electronic Symphony?

I want to get Lumines: Electronic Symphony digitally for the PSP vita. But I see that is no longer available on the Sony playstore. Why does Sony have other games for PSP Vita for download/purchase but not Lumines: Electronic Symphony?

Most likely, the game used licensed music and the license expired. Happened to Grand Theft Auto a while back, and they had to release a patch to remove a lot of the music.
Physical versions are fairly cheap online.
