By looking at how it's patching many things inside executable, my guess is FPSLocker plugin alone won't be sufficient.
Your code is missing 1 line and other values weren't updated, just because it works on Emulator doesn't mean it's okay.
i know, but I'd rather it have a few issues than not work at all, it's not like im charging for these, it's simply until someone decided to update it via normal means
Maybe I added the cheat code wrong. I just replaced the 60 fps cheat in the 1.1.1 text file with the 1.2.0 one that you made. Was there something else I should have or should not have done?

The 60 FPS cheat's been updated for 1.2.0 on the GitHub but the resolution changing cheats haven't been. I don't know if they need to be updated for 1.2.0, but I think the cheats being made for 1.1.1 is making the 60 FPS cheat not work correctly on 1.2.0. I've tried using the 60 FPS cheat on its own with max oc and i get 60 in menus, 30-37 in cyberspace, and 30 in open zone. These values don't change when trying to change the resolution with the 1.1.1 cheats.
Is there a 60fps cheat for ryujinx and how do I use those numbers or lines of code and turn them into the mod and cheat files used for the game?

Thanks for these but how do I use them? Do I have to put them in a certain file or something? I really don't know...I'm kinda new to this. A little help please?
This is awesome! Now all we need is the cheat that lets you change the resolution of the game to be updated to the latest version at some point in the future and we're golden.
This is probably a little too late, but might be helpful to some people who bump into this post.
Open Ryujinx and right click on Sonic Frontiers. Select "Open Mods Directory".
Create a folder called "cheats" (without parentheses) and paste the file "0B815AF775888406.txt" there (attached in this post).
Your folder structure should look like this:
Back in Ryujinx, right click on Sonic Frontiers again select "Manage cheats". Enable the 60 FPS cheat there:
Click "Save" and restart Ryujinx. Restarting may not be necessary for you, but sometimes it won't work without a restart first.
After that, simply launch the game and it should be running in glorious 60FPS, unless your PC is to weak to run it at that framerate.
