Hacking something about fixing error 003

i use drag Mario-Kart.iso(use wiiscrubber to replace RevoKartNR.wad in cIOS70-v6174-v3.6.wad)to fix my wii ,but when i installe Mario Kart Channel .the screen show error 003 again
i remember my wii had cioscorp .And the frist chanle can read the disc directly.someone can tell me why ?

That is what happens if ios36 does not have the trucha bug.

Do you know what verion cIOSCORP you had, or how long ago it was installed.

i remember my cioscorp the verion is 1.01 i installed it at 09.03.05
and my wii is 3.2U->4.2U

That is your trouble, cIOSCORP 1.01 would have been removed by a system update. Sorry, but this method will not work for you.

Sorry, no hope. You would need to have cIOSCORP 3.x-3.4 installed to fix your 003 error. With 3.x cios have v65535, which are not replaced by Nintendo updates.

Mario Kart uses IOS36 by default, wes11ph.

Anyways, your error 003 is currently unfixable as you don't have any IOS that are "trucha patched", since you appeared to have an old cIOSCORP (v1/v2) , which got overwritten by the update. Therefore, no vulnerable IOS to trick into loading a modified game.

So there is currently no way for you to fix it as of yet.

However, you can still play games via recovery menu with an autoboot-configured modchip.
But that is all you can do right now.

Oh...

Well, then, it cannot currently be fixed.

So you will either need to use an autoboot-enabled modchip, or use a pc app called BootMe:

to change your isos to autoboot, and them play them via recovery mode.

So, your Wii is still useable... to a degree.
