Hacking some R4DS problems

okay so today i got my order of R4 now i found out its made in china so i cant use an english kernel and only chinese -.- but i found a patch for 1.11 that make the english kernel work on chinese hardware so that problem is fixed
but another problem got created ever since i installed the patched _DS_MENU.DAT(english 1.11 version patched to work on chinese R4) moonshell doesnt work and i get an error that it cant find the moonshl folder
i tryed deleting the _DS_MENU.sys file or something like that but that didnt work so what can i do to make moonshell work while keeping the english kernel

when you open moonshell there is supposed to be that warning message thing

yeah i get a error message when i open moonshell in R4
something like cannot find moonshl folder..
but the folder is there in the root of my sd card it worked before and stopped working now

okay it seems to work now i formatted the card again and now moonshell starts up again
