I have a n3ds xl on 10.3

I have a ton of legit eshop games from retail,ambassador and vc tittles.

If i downgrade how can i get all my stuff back?

Create an emuNAND, update it to the latest, go to the eShop, log in wih your NNID, redownload all your stuff.
