Hacking Some questions about GameCube iso...

Hello,
I'vs seen that it was possible to open a gamecube iso with gctool, and I was thinking about possibilities...
I have some questions:

Is there a way to change the region of the iso ? I have a PAL wii and TV, and a NTSC iso, and I would allow the game to run normaly (PAL60) without stranges colors. I know how to make it with a Wii game... Is there a program that allow that with a GC iso ?

Can I change a music from the game if I replace it ? If I use a music from another game with the same extension ?

There is a way to convert a .m3 file into a gamecube audio file (.snd) ?
