Followed the instructions from here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/simple-guide-to-install-cios-on-vwii-backup-nand-and-keys.339890/

I have HBC and usb-loader GX installed but it wont detect my HDD. Have it plugged in to the top port as instructed. Ran syscheck and got this:

sysCheck v2.1.0b19 by Double_A and R2-D2199 Nano
...runs on IOS58 (rev 6432).

Looks like the cIOS is not being patched for USB. I've tried running the installer over and over but no dice. What else can I do to fix this?

Nevermind. Turns out the issue was with Usb-loader GX. Specifically I had an old version. I pulled the newest version and it fired right up and found my drive. Games loading fine. Sorry for the dumb question.

@Sicklyboy I happened to have ubisoft app already installed, so I just logged in and got the game and played with @Skv0ra

Shouldn't be, because these anti cheat suites pretty much all natively support linux if I'm not mistaken, and it's down to a literal checkbox that they're not ticking.
  • Plazorn @ Plazorn:
Would you really install a kernel level anticheat program if it existed though? I sure wouldn't.
