hown can i dump my nand without a gateway with a software? thank's

edit: so for user who want's to know: dumping nand without any flashcart is possible with launcher 2.0b1 of the gateay and he work fine but emunand isn't working anymore!

Yes, you can. But without a Gateway it requires you to open your 3DS and solder some wires. Your computer will see the NAND as a SD Card and you can make an image of it.

You can use the GW launcher to backup your NAND via software as long as you have a DS-Mode flashcard.

lol no as of now no emunand without a 3DS-mode flashcart (specifically a Gateway if you don't want to risk bricking). Or you can wait like I'm sure plenty of us are for Smealum to release his redNand. The purpose of backing up the Nand is so we can restore it in the case of a brick or accidental upgrade, and will not currently help you with emuNand without a flashcart.

...bloody pirate... doesn't feel like paying for his games or even a flashcart to play them with...

of course you can use emunand without a gateway card, you just cant play any roms, because you dont have a card to play them, but you can still access the eshop with emunand and latest firmware on it

brick risk is only for firmware 2.0b2
if you want to use emunand without brick risk, then you gotta use firmware 2.0b1
firmware 1.2 doesnt support emunand

and yes, you dont need a gateway card for it, only if you want to play roms

ok i have a ds flashcart but which gateway installer i must use this one

Finally i try and i'm not bricked, dump Nand successfully ans use emunand to go to the eshop work, 2.0b1 have no brick risk and it safe to use without a gateway!

if you dont want brick code in the launcher.dat go to 1.2

why do you think cloners reverted to 1.2
