this is really cool. so many people coming together to get some kick ass screens on the wii.

i am probably going to upgrade riiskimod to softmii tomorrow. i know to start at phase 3 and since i got the old preloader v 0.25 I need to use the hack remover 1st, then install preloader v 0.26.

just some questions before i get to the step: does my wii auto reboot after hack remover? do i need to reboot it after hack remover? and do I reinstall the cIOScorp?

RiiskiMod is SoftMii SoftMii is RiiskiMod. So If you have RiiskiMod 1 w preloader .25 or RiiskiMod 2 w preloader .26. Then all you need is the Tweak Installer and a .app file work for me.

olorlofl: Did you have starfall on your Wii before you installed preloader.
Because preloader has issue with starfall.

I get that but there are people installing this and they already have RiiskiMod=Cioscorp and Preloader=Brick protection(The Version They Can Choose). All they need is the Tweaks installer, thats all I need.

extract the rar to the root of sd, run softmii tweak select app file hit a. when its done POWER OFF wii then turn it back on BAM
Also putting a site together to host all of this courtesy of taz. will post a link once its ready

DarkLG the files go's on the sd root. You run Tweak installer once installed. Hard boot the Wii. Bam New screen.
Make sure you have the Health Screen enable in preloader.

Let me give you a hint.
This tread had about 8 pages when I got on at 8 a.m. Cali time. Now It's 40.
SoftMii is so hot, Oh that's just my NGURL boot screen.

Quick question/comment. Is it normal for the disk channel not to recognize the disk after exiting a homebrew application? When I power on my Wii, the disk channel recognizes my disk, but if I start hbc and exit out, the disk channel gives me the disk not recognized bullshit message. Once I reboot the Wii, recognized once again :/

Is this normal?
