I got the lu64 part of softmii today. I am very excited. I got the USB loader 1.5 , backup loader working....looking forward to playing more when I get home.....keep you all posted, but at least us lu64 peeps are now back in the game(no pun intended)

im a Semii because i only installed one thing outa that package as i sm'd my wii a whiiiiiiile ago when gamma first was public i guess.

im gunna use 3.0 on my friends and see how it workz out.

I had used SoftMii 2.1.1 (I think that was the version) to get my wii softmodded and it worked. Thanks SoftMii Team.

My question is if I already modded my Wii with SoftMii v2.1.1 or what ever the version is (everything is working from what I can tell) Do I need to run SoftMii v3.0 when it is avail? Will I gain anything by doing so?

Well since I'm using softmii package 2.1.1 with peloader 0.29 (finally got the stuff to install properly

, couldnt wait for 3.0 anymore

), the only advnatage now is 4.0?

Are there any HB that is known to NOT work after upgrading to SM v4.0?

Im a firm believer of "If it aint broke, Dont Fix It." So unless I gain some important functionality by moving to SM 4.0 I would almost be willing to stay where I am and not risk bricking my wii. I do have pre-loader .29 currently.

No he is saying that he is going to stay where he is at (probably 3.2) beacuse his wii is working great and he doesn't want to screw it up when it's working fine iam the same way. there is probably a lot of new great features with the new softmii.

From what they are saying on mirc it isnt really that different from 2.1.1 and just seems like better interfaces

they should take a note from some other scene developers
post when ready, dont deadline yourselves so all the flame tards can do what they do best.
