Don't worry.. all download links have been removed. Nobody is at risk.

SoftMii really needs to test their stuff before releasing it to the public.

And specially respect the collaborators like Waninkoko. He's used to release leaks, but it's a shame SoftMii people did this. They lost my respect at all.

People bugging them is not an excuse to release an inferior product. Especially when the results are bricks.

It's free as in beer, so they could make SoftBriik if they want. But people could disliking and blaming them, of course.

About this version briking wiis, not sure but many people say it.
I prefer to wait, anyway this pack is not for me as I'm NOW (not a week ago, but I learned more than I expected) skilled enough for choosing the stuff I want instead "for dummies" stuff.

Er....I already installed the latest revision, is that bad? I tested Super Paper Mario and it works fine. I haven't noticed anything different, should I be worried enough to go down to rev10?

odd i used CIOSrev11 last night, Works fine expect any title deleter gets a little buggy on it
but works fine with the USB Loader.

i'm pretty sure that its not cios rev11 thats bricking people its the way to fix the lu64 wiis because last night as i was following it was not complete and lu64 fix wasn't working but i tried 2.9.5 last night and now i have 4.0 but no games load from the disc channel

I understand that it's free and all and i'm never going to use any softmii bundle anyway, but I'm tired of people using the "people are bugging us for a release" excuse. If your not happy with it don't release it. Who cares who many people moan about it. If they were going to release something called briik then your deserve to get bricked from installing it, but not from something that is supposed to fix your wii.

Yes, some kind of leak. Waninkoko replied surprised on the Teknoconsolas forums. Obviously I can understand it because both me and him are from Spain.

About being part of the team, it seems he is. Maybe he left after this, who knows...

Sorry, I have computer hardware issues and browsing over wii. It was on the elotrolado.net forum thread about SoftMii 2.9.6 without ads, other Spanish user from this forum could find it.

About publishing it, I consider it a lack of respect to him. I hope there are public apologises about this.

rev11 was supposed to add USB device compatibility like microphones, WiiSpeak and Rock Band stuff. It's that true in this beta?
