@pegasos .it can do it already, just pop the mhg disc in, choose force IOS55, language japanese and you are good to go.

i thought i have to install first cioscorp
and then install softchip and set it to IOS55

but it still requires cioscorp

when i use my UNPATCHED version of the game with IOS55
then a error pops up : Ioctl error (DI_ReadID)

when i use a PATCHED version to IOS249 with IOS249
then it gets to the screen where i have to insert a classic controller ....when i plug it in
i goes into a black screen

Where do you get with the unpatched version and IOS249 selected in SoftChip? Btw. the IOS option in SoftChip does nothing you could call "force" it just runs that IOS before starting the game.

Did you force japanese in your tests? It's required anyway for the game. Oh and set the video mode to disc region.

yeah, i would like the dol file as im using the softchip forwarder channel, but i guess the softchip channel will do.
