So i looked up on a website ( i dont remember which one tho) that i have a possibly patched switch, so what if i try to cfw it ? If it is patched, will the console brick or will it just not work, like, not detecting the cfw and wont do anything, pls answer

Hardmod only

Software base exploit Deja Vu was patched in firmware 8.0.0, currently, only firmware 4.1.0 and below can use the software base exploit. No release date for support for firmware between 5.0.0 to 7.0.1.

If its possibly patched, then the answer is that it is possibly patched. The console is not going to brick or anything like that if the exploit does not work.
