Hacking Soft modding 4.3u . Need help.

ok so now im in wiiflow.


I have my game "super mario bros wii" on my ntfs 1 tb hard drive .


Its just an iso placed on the hd.

Went to load with wiiflow and it doesnt find anything and gives me no option to find it manually.


Any suggestions?


Edit : Also when i go to install a game , it says Disc_Wait failed.

- Use the FIX94 versions. My preference is the Orchid-FIX94forwarder-WBJF.wad, also I like the orchid theme in wiiflow.

Make sure you are using the latest WAD manager and choose IOS236 for installs

Above are the only supported directories and naming schemes. Fastest (though not by much) is usb:/wbfs/GAMEID.wbfs.

WiiFlow only supports games in *.wbfs and *.iso file format any other file formats e.g. *.ciso / *.wiimms are unsupported and do not work, we have no plan to add support for these.

Jesh. I'm starting to go a little crazy.

I used WBFS Manager 3.0 to put the iso on the drive in wbfs format.


Wiiflow still refuses to find anything.

What am i doing wrong here. Do you have an aim or something so im not flooding this forum.

have you placed the game in a directory WBFS and renamed the WBFS file to GAMEID.wbfs (/wbfs/SMNE01.wbfs)
try installing wiiflow as 222

I'm trying 222 now. But windows 7 wont let me go into the hd to edit anything and i see no option too in wbfs manager.

Is the HDD formatted as NTFS of WBFS? If it is formatted as NTFS then you should have access to the drive and the files on it.

Try config loader

Config loader solved everything and my backups work now.

It's possible that when you sent your wii to nintendo for repairs they may have replaced your dvd drive with one that doesn't load burned discs, so you wouldn't be able to use backup discs anymore.

Your almost there. DON'T DELETE ANYTHING!

Install IOS236. (make sure you say no to the pirate question, it's kind of a joke but a pain in the ass)

Make sure you choose IOS236 as the IOS to install any of the others

then re-install Wanin or Hermes depending on the IOS slots you have set up in your backup launchers.

Everything should now work.

Edit: If you’re unsure what to install I recommend.
Hermes 5.1
IOS222 Base: 38 v5.1 (r65535)
IOS223 Base: 37 v5.1 (r65535)
IOS224 Base: 57 v5.1 (r65535)

Waninkoko ver21
IOS249 Base: 57 rev21 (r21)
IOS250 Base: 56 rev21 (r21)

222 and 223 should stay at v4 for top compatibility. v5/5.1 doesn't work on some older games. This is the standard recommendation:
