The video mode compatibility issues stem from the way each game was programmed. This would require different patching routines for each individual game. It is more likely that, once more is learned in the Wii dev department, one of the release groups will start releasing NTSC to PAL patches.

The games are signed, so this is not going to happen. The PAL NTSC patching only works as nintendo did not sign that particular section of the disc.

The only way to improve compatability is with a firmware replacement, they have gone pretty much as far as they can go with drive mods.

so your saying it wont ever be possible to play bleach wii on a pal console?

No he isn't. Replace the firmware and you can do whatever you want. But good luck trying!

We are currently working on the SD Backup feature, all looks fine and we will release it during the coming week. We are carefully listening to eventual issues and will work on an wiikey upgrade which will fix them.

Still haven't seen any update yet? few more week?
