Topic. It's been a while since anyone posted some news on it.
Is it dead or is it still alive or is everyone waiting for EoL

I can't claim to have news, but - they're not waiting for EoL for this one, since there's nothing Nintendo can do to patch a vulnerability burned into the CPU. I doubt it's dead; there's already a proof of concept, but if I had to take bets there's a lot of QA going on while they make sure it's reliable, that it won't cause bricks, that it won't get you banned, and more than likely they'll want to ensure that flashcart users have a way to restore their carts back to stock firmware - and there's a whole lot of different carts out there to support.

If you have another 3DS with CFW, you can do that without NTRBootHax.
