Are you sure? The file should automatically download. Check your default download location for your browser. The downloaded file should be named 'test.sfrom'
I use Firefox. Absolutely nothing happens when I press the button. Nothing downloaded, downloading always asks me for target location.
Standard is simply downloads, nothing in there.

Tested something: If I press the button without choosing something, I get an error message "File, footer or preset invalid".
So this works

Additional info: I used a simple name for the file, no special signs, no spaces inside !

I heard that Nin tendo will stop to bring out new releases monthly, but from time to time, that goes for NES & SNES.

OK:

Internet Explorer - NOT working
FireFox - NOT working
Chrome - WORKING
MS Edge - WORKING

Thanks, but perhaps it'll run in FireFox later. I hate Chrome and Edge.

woah sorry about that. That's what I get for not quickly testing in all different browsers (I only tested in Chrome/Edge :P)
Here's a new link. It's now working for me in all the browsers listed above. Hopefully no more troubles for you!

https://jsfiddle.net/qyd17wo9/
EDIT: NEW LINK to updated code for more browser compatibility.

Does it not work in IE? (y'all shouldn't be using IE anyways )
Fiddle should say unsupported, but you should still be able to launch the script in read-only mode and be usable. At least on my end.

Also, has anyone dumped any .sram saves? I'm curious to know if they have any headers/footers like WiiU/N3DS/SNES Classic.

You're right, I've corrected it.

I have no plan about it.

footer notes:

footer contents seem to be in a nonsensical order
0x7406 present in every footer (exception being Super Tennis[US] where it's 0x7407)
0x70XX is in every footer (XX = might be number of player inputs?? [01, 02 or 04])

0x650C is present in all the SuperFX game footers (0x0C being the SuperFX special chip flag?)

0x55020000XXXX present in SuperFX footers
(XXXX=3C05 in Starfox/WildTrax)
(XXXX=4A06 in Yoshi's Island)
I'm used to seeing 0x3C representing 60 FPS, but 0x4A kills that theory

EDIT: here's a visual aid to see similarities between some of the footers
TkhlNQV.png

0x6A38 present in Super Mario Kart and Brawl Brothers

Star Fox, Wild Trax and Stunt Race are not 30 Fps?
That is 3C = 30 fps 4A = 60 fps?

The most roms work by just adding the MK footer.
But especially a lot nice titles don't run as German or EU version till now aswell, like these:

ActRaiser 1+2 (US+EU) - bad sound errors
Pocky & Rocky - not working at all
Rock n' Roll Racing- graphic errors
StarWing (G) - not working at all (that's the EU version of StarFox)
Super Mario World 2 - Yoshi's Island (E) (M3) - not working at all

How can help?

M3 = Multilangual with 3 different languages (Eng,Fra,Ger in this case).

OMG, why is the SMW2 footer not working for SMW2, but the MK footer ? Sooooo strange.
I'll test that quickly, with the other roms aswell.
Thanks a lot, Alan
