Gaming snes emulator not working

The same thing is happening to me on my friend's psp. It just doesn't make sense. I can't find any solutions on the internet and every forum hits a brick wall.

The best option I think would be to try using one of the new variants of Snes9x TYL, such as the one offered in another recent post. http://dl.qj.net/Snes9xTYLsmcm-Test-5-27-0...16943/catid/135

It uses 3.xx kernals instead of 1.50 kernals. There really should not be any problems with it, if even I managed to get it working on my PSP Slim. That said, it's a test version, so bugs may be floating around, but I've had no problems. Even "trouble titles" such as Kirby's Dreamland 3 played faster than it did on the previous version.
