As I said the snes9x emulator is not working. It has worked fine before but since I installed the 1.50 kernall addon it has stopped working. It just goes to the white screen and then everything goes black. So I downgraded it to 3.71 m33 and reupgraded to 3.90 m33-3 without the kernall addon. But this still hasnt gotten it to work. Can someone help?

Hmm not sure what to suggest apart from installing the Kernel Release 2 which fixes various things, unless you've got it already

Why don't you list publicly so others can use the link also?

Because I don't want to risk getting told off for posting links that might or might not be allowed.

    But fair enough.

    I'll post the modified snes9xTYL-0.4.2me_fw3x

    http://www.sendspace.com/file/t4eyyj

    Hope it's useful to others

    Try this

If your emulator has 2 folders - SNES9xTYL and SNES9xTYL%, put it in GAME150. If you only have 1 folder for the SNES, put in GAME folder.

Did you try shoving the one I sent in the GAME150 or the GAME folder?
Perhaps you need the official release from yoyo which comes with the SNES9xTYL% folder

    Very strange [IMG]

Maybe an issue with the fw or something - is it just the snex9x that's not working?

Don't know what else to suggest - there is no option in recovery mode to switch to 1.50 right?
I've been told Dax forgot to remove the option in the latest fw.
Not sure if you should downgrade back to 3.71 and see what happens - I'm out of ideas [IMG]

Flash3 doesn't really do anything on the standard PSP, but on firmware 3.60 the only file on there was the 1seg.pbp (TV out), and when 3.70 was released, the updater formatted the flash3 to delete the 1seg.pbp, as it now resides in flash0 in the form of a vsh plugin.
