SNES9x 1.53 has shader support, and it can use the same sort of shaders as BSNES and such (in addition to DX shaders). So I tried a CRT-style shader with an increased emulator rendering resolution and a 4:3 aspect ratio (as the TV would display, not 8:7 or whatever the SNES actually outputs) to try to get that "TV" experience.
I think it's good enough.

That has some shaders I tried. I'm not sure where to get the exact CRT v5 I was using in the example video... but those looks good too if they don't have the one I used.
