I bought a snes this week and the composite cord gives my tv static, similar to the lines a vcr gives with bad tracking. I tried the RF switch and the picture is clear. WHY?!???
I do have a retro adapter that is 9v 850mla. I spoke with a guy at a gaming store and he told me some old snes consoles have no grounding to their shell/console. I went home and got some speaker wire and hooked it up to my ground wire that runs to my amplifier down to a old metal pipe. The static lines decreased by 90% what's up with my console? why is the showing composite static?
