I too think it might be a port of SNES9x. Maybe from the PSP versions or from the dingoo linux one. I'd imagine it will run similarly to the dingoo one too. I doubt you'll be getting perfect speed from SuperFX or SA-1 games. They're hard to run even on PC's at times.

I agree, I think they are more then capable of being able to implement at least something similar to the DS. While the DS does not have advanced tools, it gets the job done
