Waninkoko has released this aplication, that asks you to update and it stops at 99 %, you have to reset manually, and installs a trial channel of 30 minutes of snes emulator that read the roms from sd and needs a gamecube controller.

ok, i used google to translate and as i can understand it's an snes-emu-channel wich runs roms from sd or dvd???
is it safe to install? does the region matter? could it brick my wii?

by the way, the homebrew-channel is comming soon too, so isn't this chan pointless?

I say don't use it until someone has reported it officially. Could brick your Wii.

i have used it and works fine.
ntsc users have to use regionfrii.
of course if you use it i dont recommend to update your wii

What's up with the 30 minute trial part of it? Can you only play a rom for 30 minutes or is it a total use of 30 minutes and it's dead?
