Did you checkout the source and compiled it yourself?
Since that change is not included when you use the SNEEKInstaller GUI!

Yes I compiled it with the tutorial from the other Sneek thread. Before I was using r93 and everything worked fine.

Edit: Never mind. I got it working with a fresh NAND. No idea what caused the error.

whats the workaround for no more heroes2 pal? crediar told me about it, but i forgot what i had to do

Compiling SNEEK works fine, but if I try to get SNEEK+DI working I just get a wii that hangs with no video-output. All files are in the correct place (same /bootmii dir as with regular SNEEK, boot2.bin (which is boot2_di.bin renamed) and di.bin in sd root, /games/ on USB. even tried config.bin in /sneek/ on usb even though I've read it is depreciated.).

If I start without a USB drive plugged in, the disc slot flashes once, after ~4-5seconds. Start with a USB drive plugged in and no flashes from the disc slot. No video output in either case.

Anyone have any advice?

I dunno if you are the dude from Googlecode, but someone posted 14 Hours ago a solution which worked for me

. See Issue50, seems like a bug. Anyways, I did the following:

1) Check if your drive works with Homerbrew. Use WiiXplorer for example (better if IOS202 isn't installed, it increases the compatibility).
2) Start your Wii WITHOUT the Stick in it, and plug the stick a few seconds after the start in (I think I plugged it in after the "flash").

This worked for me fine. It's annoying, but it seems to work

. Oh, and have a bit patience

Hi

Sorry for the long story, as I'm newbie on this forum.

I didn't use my Wii for some time, as all new games I tried some time ago requested to make an update, which I didn't want to do, as I afraid to brick my console.

Once I've got info about Sneek, which is really a brilliant idea. It keep you full safe and a chance to brick the Wii is really negligible.

Well, I install a HBC on my Wii dump a NAND and start playing with Sneek, As I have a vacation now, I spent almost a week the whole days reading Internet discussions and trying different configurations of Sneek and NAND.

What I have now:
Sneek-SD boot stable. I can launch HBC channel and all it's application. MPlayer is fully working. It can play various DVD, USB and network files.

After installing cIOS v19 I've managed to start various Usb loaders, but was never able to run any saved game via them.
the maximum result after launching the game was a black screen or just a line with text

set_frag: -128

I tried Sneek-DI then. HBC stop working as well as the weather and news channels. Doesn't matter, I can alway switch back to Sneek-SD. I can activate Sneek menu and can change settings in it. I can see a games logo, but never managed to launch any game, even those, which I easy played on my console before. Of cause, I copied them to usb:/games directory using wit application (included in Wii JManager).

I've seen here some positive reports, that somebody can play games this way.

My idea is very simple: can you be so kind to make your fully configured and working SD contents with Sneek-DI and NAND public, so that all of us, who can't get a success may have a try with pre-tuned NAND rather then spending days playing with configurations.

Thanks a lot
Regards

Couldn't do what you have asked cause it would contain nintendo code and that is not allowed
Sorry, I didn't get what do you mean that is not allowed

As a nintendo owner you are a truly licensed user of that code.
You can download updates directly from nintendo servers (Are updates still free of charge?).

Try removing the udelay( 50000 ); in di/diskio.c

Nope, I also cannot get Super Paper Mario NSTC with SNEEK+DI at the moment, it stops at the security reminder message (to fasten the wrist strap).

Here is the debug log when it stops

Thanks, I used the standard one (patching with -v) for running SNEEK these days:

Code:
echo Patching for SNEEK
echo IOSKPatch: SD (with di)
IOSKpatch\IOSKPatch 0000000e.app 0000000E-TMP.app -s -d -v > NUL
echo elfins: Creating boot2_di.bin (SDCard as NAND, with DI module support)
ELFIns\elfins 0000000E-TMP.app boot2_di.bin es\esmodule.elf fs\iosmodule.elf > NUL

And just want to quickly let the betakoopa that I also have a similar issue.
