try creating a directory called sneek on the sd card. That should be the problem. The menu saves its slot.bin in NAND/sneek/slot.bin. The file should autometically be created, but if the directory doesn't exist maybe he can't.

Thanks for all the opinions given in the poll. I took it off as I believe I got what I needed from it.

I added a few odds and ins here and there.

EDIT: Goodnight all.

ADDED to first post:

Acquiring the IOS70-v6687 0000000e.app and IOS60-v6174 00000001.app files using NUS Downloader and the key.bin file:
use MakeKeyBin to generate a key.bin and place it in the same directory as NUS Downloader.
makekeybin.jpg
makekeybindone.jpg

make sure in NUS you have the Decrypt box checked (if it does not give you a decrypt box you do not have a proper key.bin or the key.bin is not in the proper directory with NUSD)
go to the Database box to find the specific IOS you need.

place the 0000000e.app and 00000001.app files located here

in the c:\sneek folder before attempting to compile SNEEK.

Hello!
I have nice works on SNEEK+DI.Thanks to the members and administrator of this forum.
By the way?I have a question about?'DiscEX'.
I place 'DiscEX.exe', and 'game.iso' to the c drive of PC and run the command.
But work out the execution of the command.

Arrangement is as follows;
c:\DiscEX.exe,c:\libeay32.dll,c:\game.iso.
Run-time display of the command is as follows;

C:\Documents and Settings\User>c:\DiscEx.exe game.iso
DiscEX v 0.3 by crediar
Built: 23:57:11 May 8 2010
Public Version

It is not allowed to resell, rehost, redistribute
or include this file in any packages!

Error: Can't open "game.iso"

C:\Documents and Settings\User>

If any of you know somebody any good solutions, I hope you appreciate it.

PS:
I am sorry for the rude comments in broken English.

you must type:

QUOTE said:
c:\DiscEx.exe c:\game.iso

because as you said YOURSELF the game is in your C drive but you are currently in the "C:\Documents and Settings\User" folder so OF course DiscEx can't find your game.

Thank you for precise advice.
I followed your advice.
I could find the folder containing files folder and sys folder,3 bin files.
True reason is that it is not well understood how the command prompt.

An easy way is to put the isos in the same folder as discex. Then drag'n drop your iso on DiscEx executable.
Here is an easy way right click on an iso go to properties and change the "opens with" option to DiscEx then all you need do is double click "ISO" to start process
No matter where you have the iso the folder will be created there
P.S. Make sure you have the latest DiscEx 0.4

This will break the association for all other isos (generally the association with virtual DVD driver and burn programs)... I think this isn't a very good solution for people who aren't familiar with computers.

You can still load them with virtual drives and still burn them with Imgburn without a problem just as before you have to pick an iso to mount or burn . And not having to move the iso on to the same drive as DiscEx saves you time. And if people can use a double click of a mouse they will, just to save them the hassle of the extra work of moving iso's out of folders to the root of there drives

Yes you're right. When i've write this, i was thinking about my father

He actually load his isos into deamon tool using a double click. And if i break that, i will loose a lot of time to explain him how to do

But your solution works too.

Thank you for your good advice.
I have made sure that files folder, sys folder and 3 bin files can be extracted from a game iso file.
Surely that way is easier.

Two basic questions:

1) Are you able to install a 4.2U emulated NAND even though your Wii is running 3.2U?

2) Can someone please list the advantages of using SNEEK again? Like the main features. I don't see those anywhere. As far as I can tell it's mainly so you're able to have all of your Wiiware/VC games on one USB HDD.

1 yes
2 no bricking, limit to amount of wiiware etc. games is your sd or usb drive, better backup loading support than using a cios.

Just curious, can WiiWare be played online through Sneek, and does Sneek have 100% WiiWare compatibility? Just wondering if the limitations are similar to those of Triiforce.
