Hardware SN30 Pro Plus not connecting after 9.0.1 update

So my switch was running 8.1.0 on atmosphere 0.9.4 and my 8bitdo sn30 pro plus was working fine until i decided to update to 9.0.1 and it doesnt seem to want to connect anymore. I deleted all my paired connections, i updated the controller but the switch isnt finding it.. has anyone had this issue with 3rd party controllers? I really like this one and dont want the official pro controller

Try updating the firmware on the controller? Check 8bitdo's site.

Yup i did that and it didnt work
