Nope that's why the devs that everyone keeps harassing that only have 1 kernel exploit and it's useful they should keep it but no one has patience. we should wait for iosu since it's literally the better exploit. And if they release kernel then iosu gets released its a BIG waste

Just tools. If someone with the proper skill set stepped up, they could make something of interest out of this. But for the average end-user, none of this is useful.

It's basically like a CFW or a set of tools to use. Except there's no exploit or vuln to be able to use it for most people.

They're tools that smealum developed when working with/on IOSU. To use them however would require an IOSU exploit (which he did not provide).
So these do not affect general users.
