Homebrew Smash replay inputs

Is there a homebrew that (can be created) that can "read" the inputs of they are composed of (in replays)? It would be easy for me to watch the video people send me and then I can look at the button inputs so I can learn how to do (shulk) tech.
I know something was asked to view it as a video but thats probably not possible unless you record with ntr. That's another story.

First of all dont bump your own thread. Second of all, no program as of now can do this. You could probably view inputs of live gameplay, but by that point a camera works just as well.
