99.999% sure it's fake. The supposed RAR files are vortex-ssbb.r*
Vortex wouldn't use "SSBB" for a demo they wouldn't be able to release the retail game under SSBB.

The second is that Vortex supposedly mentions bittorrent when no true sceners use bittorrents. Torrents are laughed at in the scene.

This is false, there was a recent document posted that was a project for comparing the media for Wiikey, Cyclowiz and other modchips, and the amount of media compability went up nearly 30% when upgrading to 1.9g.
