How exactly was it not working? I tried it with all the stage files (since I wanted to get stupid camera angles) and produced this: http://imgur.com/a/OUlBZ The screenshots look bad compared to my ds screen though :/

Are those from a 3ds screen? All I get is the original stage when I play it.

Yeah, try using the whole /end/Colloseum/ folder with the textures applied.

Yeah, I don't know whats going on. I even pasted yours in and the default texture is still showing. Somethings wrong with my saltysd I guess.

So after I deleted and replaced my salty sd and code.bin it worked for some reason. It looks like I have some edits to make to fix the texture problem.
I'm guessing there another set of textures I have to replace.

They are sorta possible, you can replace some stage models. Character model hacks aren't possible yet.

They are the same thing though. Either way you are putting a new model in the place of an old one.
