Hacking Smackdown vs Raw 2011 partly not working

When I try to create a scene or go into Road to WrestleMania,the screen become black.
One thing really funny is that no matter the NTSC or PAL version of the game,the above modes work when I set video to PALs!
So,for those who can play,can you tell me what cIOS and apps you use to play the game or how can I fix this?

Are you disc loading or USB Loading?

I get the impression that you have a bad ISO.
