I bought a DSTWO from eachmall, I was charged about $5 for shipping and it took about a month. It didn't let me pay with Paypal, but I think that depends on the product. It was still the cheapest so I decided to take a chance. It did arrive and I even got a complementary Harry Potter necklace (I'm not sure if that was a mistake xD). It did came from Hong Kong and I'm pretty sure it's based there. yeah I know, I said that because they seem to accept paypal whenever you don't buy flashcarts, or at least I made a new cart and added something else to the cart and the paypal option appeared, but I'm not sure because I didn't actually buy it
