I bought a DSTWO from eachmall, I was charged about $5 for shipping and it took about a month. It didn't let me pay with Paypal, but I think that depends on the product. It was still the cheapest so I decided to take a chance. It did arrive and I even got a complementary Harry Potter necklace (I'm not sure if that was a mistake xD). It did came from Hong Kong and I'm pretty sure it's based there. So at least from my experience, eachmall seems reliable, and I also found them through ShopTemp, so I guess I'm not the only one. http://shoptemp.net/shop/eachgame-com.html You can also find some coupons there at ShopTemp.
