I was wandering with all the new slot 1 devices coming up, will there be any change to play Gba roms with them?

Quess DSX works the best but only has 512 mb
Quess X9 have to wait for a good review, specially about what micro sd card is the best to use.(Since they cost alot)

Ps do not mind my English

Well i understand that but will they be supported in the near future?
Is there a posibility with firmware upgrade's or new slot 1 hardware releases?

Just wanted to know the posibility of playing GBA roms with a slot 1 device without all that.
Well maybe some "not yet existing" GBA emulator?!

It's never going to happen. Slot 1 cannot be accessed in GBA mode, even if it could be it's too slow, and nobody is going to go through the trouble of making a GBA emulator for a system that already has a perfect one built in.

Slot 1 is waaaay to slow to allow GBA games to be streamed. You'd have to load them to RAM, and the DS doesn't have enough RAM to allow that.

I hadn't thought about the memory. Even if someone wrote an emulator, you would have to run it from slot 2 anyway.
