You don't happen to have a file that's called browserhax_hblauncher_payload.bin.bin, do you?

just install the homebrew_loader.cia of yls8, start it and you are in the homebrew channel

Didnt know this was a thing.. I was actually wondering. Thanks for the info.
However I seemed to have solved my issue by formatting the sysnand which I had forgot to do since downgrading.

for you guys with problem to access hbl with sliderhax, do this:


1. turn off wifi
2. go into web browser and hit the settings button, go to Initialize Save Data
3. reenter web browser, let it set up, then exit
4. hit L+R and the QR code icon, then scan the QR from http://yls8.mtheall.com/3dsbrowserhax.php
5. accept going into browser (it won't load the page because wifi is off)
6. exit browser, turn wifi on, and go back in

just have smea's starter pack in your sd card and use my method. it will work 1st try

yw, just make sure you changed your 3ds' theme before trying to install menuhax

Didn't help me :x
Having a manual payload hasn't changed anything, either.
Worked for no reason now, don't have to touch browser again. Thanks for the thread.

My fiancee's 3DS after downgrading sliderhax worked first shot, I downloaded and renamed the ropbin and put it on her SD card before even trying sliderhax. So yeah, props to hobbledehoy for helping us with this.
