No, you can have as many games as you like on it.
It's the one with two buttons.
It also bypasses the anti-piracy checks nintendo put onto some games.
And it doesn't require any extra software to put roms on, just drag and drop.
And you can literally paste in a private header and it will work!

The only fact in there that doesn't match is that it's the Single Button Red Version. Therefore, some games with Anti-Piracy checks won't work.

I have the version before the Blue Button.
Version 1 Sky3DS = 1 Red Button
Version 2 Sky3DS = 1 Blue Button
Version 3 Sky3DS = 2 Orange Buttons

On Sky3DS Red you can only put 10 games whereas you can put all the games your SD card can hold with Sky3DS Blue. Both have a single button though

the Red version (V1) can still play up to 30 games AFAIK,there is a trick to do that.
