ROM Hack sky3ds+rom downgrade new 3ds xl?

i heard from other forums that cubicninja rom via sky3ds+ can downgrade a new 3ds xl 10.6 to 9.2? is this possible sorry im new to this.

note:i dont have sysnannd what they called it xD

Yes you can downgrade the newest firm 10.7 to 9.2 with the Sky3DS+ and Cubic Ninja rom. And you most certainly have a SysNAND. I highly suggest that you very carefully read this guide before attempting anything.
