from what I know, to play super smash bros online on a flashcard, you have to have a private header injected into the rom, but I dont have access to a powersaves or a 9.2 3ds to dump one, is there any other way or a specific rom etc.?

On a SKY3DS+ you don't need to inject anything in the ROMs.

If you don't have access to a powersaves, Gateway or a 9.2 3DS you could try to buy/get one online but I wouldn't recommend that unless you trust the source.

Each game will have its own settings folder on your sd card. Just place the header in there. It's the game save key or something like that. You can get the header from a cart that you own using the gateway rom patcher.

I forgot about the dumping part. Sorry.

If you have private rom you could use the rom patcher that comes in the gateway zip file.

As far as getting the rom itself I'm not sure how you would go about doing that.

What firmware are you on now?

Downgrade your o3ds to 9.2 and use it to dump a game for the private header for your sky3ds. Then put rxtools on it.
