trying to get a 3DSX file of smash 3ds but cant find a way. Anyone able to help?

Edit: I now have a 3DS file, any way to make its 3dsx?

smash bros? its a game. 3ds or cia file. it dont work that way to make it a .3dsx file.

you can convert .3dsx to .cia using tools like CXitool. going the other way to .3dsx is pretty much impossible.
