I had the same problem when I first had my sky3ds card but mine was just a case of it not fitting the slot properly.I ended up pulling off the sticker as it was a very tight fit into the n3ds's slot.Once I had removed the sticker the cart went into the slot easily and it finally started working.

Mine has no problem going in, besides that I can hear / feel the pins make contact (so it's not smooth). I've tried adding paper. The sticker is flush, so I don't think removing it will do anything.

Give support a what... a month? Then go Hulk and contact your credit card company.

Not even that, but a least give them a full day to respond.

Most customer service threads involve someone bitching that the reseller hasn't responded to the 13 emails they sent before lunch. Its frustrating to watch.

I'm not one for pissing people off. However, I run a service based company, and we always at least send an acknowledgement email on the same day when we get a support request (unless it's the weekend). It's a courtesy thing. However, I'm not gonna badger YeahGeek too much. I've been polite. I emailed again this morning asking for them to advise, and I'll leave it at that until tomorrow.

OH an automated email notification, damn that so awesome.

:) No, an actual "Hi Bob, Sorry to hear you're having trouble with 'x'. It could be 'y', but please let me go and look up the possibilities and I'll get right back to you". It's polite, shows the customer they're valued and settles their worries about the services you provide. It's one of the 5 Laws of Success, you know :-)
