Hello, thanks to this site I have been successful getting private headers and have been able to play online. I was just wondering if there's an easier more accurate way in finding out the manufacturer of the game I own? I've been just guessing and trying all three AE 45 C2 until it works and was worried that Nintendo will eventually ban me because of all the flags on my system. Thanks in advance!

Manufacturer tends to refer to the maker of physical goods. The company that makes the chips for the 3ds game cartridges, makes a custom version of them for nintendo only. If your referring to the game company that made that specific game(s), then I can help you there.

You will want to use OfflineList: http://offlinelist.free.fr/

You can get the 3ds dat list from here: http://www.advanscene.com/html/dats.php

You want to treat OfflineList as a digital catalog, not as a rom manager. Information on the CRC, what order did something came out, etc is more important; using the CRC can tell you if you might got a dirty rom or not for example.

Thanks for you reply but I don't think this is what I need. I am not worried about the rom I downloaded. Like I said in my initial post, I have been able to get the private headers for games I own using a power saves device and have been able to play online with no problem. My question was regarding the cfg file I have just always guessed what to put in the cart ID line until it will let me go online.

CART_ID=45XXXXXX (SanDisk)
OR
CART_ID=AEXXXXXX (OKI Semiconductor)
OR
CART_ID=C2XXXXXX (Macronix)
