I also get around 7 seconds. I imagine this is probably as fast as the ASIC on Sky3DS can handle, it stops being up to the sd card after a certain point.

hi wulfy, before u switched to the extreme card, what error were u getting after ur sound was cut out? "Ur game card was removed" or "An error has occured, please restart your system?"

I'd get lockups on loading screens, usually just black screens.

Well just for shits and giggles I think I'll get the sandisk extreme pro 64gb version and see how fast game load will be. If you're using the fastest card on earth and it's still 7/8 sec then something else is bottle necking it.

Honestly, if the ASIC on Sky3DS could actually handle read speeds quite that fast, it'd be really detrimental to 3DS battery life.

How long would it take for you to get from the first game to the last on a fully filled 64GB? :nds:

I think 16-32GB is the sweet spot for a sky.

So... I'm confused here. What is the TRUE issue?

Not all microSDXC U1 or higher run at class 10 speeds when in HC mode. This ends up effecting the speed at which they are switching games.
