Don't order from them if you want your stuff to arrive as fast as possible, they're having problems with paypal and can't receive payments at the moment.
Hopefully they'll fix it soon, because I ordered from them a few days ago without being able to pay them.

ETcome is legit, but I honestly don't trust ZhuZhuChina. Their payment methods rang hundreds of alarm bells on Intel's antivirus stuff.
(On my dad's computer.)

Maybe Earpow is right about them having some payment problem as of the moment, but I've ordered 5 R4 cards for $10 off of ZhuZhuChina before and they actually came sooner than I expected, for a place based in China.
