Restart and try it again. Your chances of it working on the first try or first few tries is pretty slim.

this uses libkhax again. It should work(the last one works too, but it needs much times to launch)

Does the latest sysupdater made by julian works for you guys ? (the latest, not the one posted 1 hour ago)

The one posted here https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutoria...ngrading-your-3ds.407888/page-91#post-5923549 worked for me, you can try the latest one since it might work better I'm not sure.

Successful downgrade from 9.9E to 9.2E (TuxSH ver.)
Entry point: Menuhax 2.1 -> hax 2.5 beta
Tested the exploit with FBI beforehand.
Had to take SD card out to prevent menuhax from loading, but reinstalling menuhax via sliderhax worked.
Backing up my NAND using Gateway Ultra as I type.

I can't tell you safely, but I rebooted and now I have 9.2 after all CIAs installed succesfully and was stuck on the same message

keep at it guys
i had to do it over 50 times (ironhax), sometimes stuck at #5 or #7, and even few freezes when I would finally get an option to downgrade.
