Did you use FBI to install legit cia games on your sysnand before downgrading ?

I did nothing involving FBI or any .cia installing program

Some cia files, like 0004013000001503.cia, are SAFE_MODE system modules. Can't we skip those in the downgrade? A sysUpdater crash while installing one of them might be causing the full bricks. (Otherwise just ignore this, I just thought it made sense)

EDIT: Also, all of them were never updated anyway (o3ds), why are they needed?

Read the first post, if you dont have a Japanese 3DS you don't need to worry about it. Assuming you did you would just open the archive track it down and delete that cia file.

What do you mean by open archive? Are you able to do that within the program mentioned in the OP?

I have the same message as you and cookie but I haven't screwed around with FBI or legit CIA installation at all

How far? Did you start the installation?
Cos if it wrote to sysnand, bye bye downgrade it seems.
