Not sure, I haven't updated, there is no point to be on 11.0.0 right now, no games requires 11.0.0.

Nope it only include Default _NoGC, even though SD Setup use the FSS0/Fusee Secondary patches.

does users prefer fusee_secondary ?

Not really faster, just few different ways that you can load Atmosphere, Atmosphere can be loaded from
Fusee-Primary -> Fusee-Secondary
Hekate-> Fusee-Primary -> Fusee-Secondary
Hekate-> Fusee-Secondary

the patches.ini is a Hekate configuration files, the thread below explain what FS,ES and Loader are, and what Fusee Primary patches and Fusee-Secondary/FSS0/Hekate patches are.

Ah I forgot that with new firmwares the ES/FS patches are also required.
It's the Loader one that changes with Atmosphere versions.

Well, it might take a while longer then.
Tbh I'd much rather wait for Atmosphere to get to a stable release of 0.16.0 than to have patches for the pre-release.

Still tho, keep an eye out for Reddit or other pages with forums like those. The patches could drop by there, or also Tinfoil, since I believe its updater includes sigpatches in IPS format too.

if i understand, everybody should use secondary sigpatch
so why primary sigpatch exist ?

Fusee-Primary is the official one, it come from team reswitch. It based on people preference, pick the one you like more.

The fusee secondary patches are for hekate.

Fusee-Primary -> Fusee Secondary and Hekate->Fusee Primary-> Fusee Secondary still use Fusee patches, as for Fuse Secondary it is only Hekate -> Fusee Secondary. The naming convention I don't have a lot of idea, probably someone decided to go with that and the rest of the community decided to sticked with it.
