Homebrew SigHaxed FIRM was not installed! check lower screen error?

I keep getting this error when starting SafeB9Sinstaller from the guide, did I miss something?

I am running this on a Old 3DS with A9lh luma3DS V6.6, I don't understand what it means by a "SigHaxed FIRM", I don't know if this is helpful but I didn't setup my 3DS to boot without the SD card, has it got something to do with that?

Probably you missed something on the guide, recheck all steps. And don't bump stuff so fast ;-; give it time

Actually I am just updating from A9LH, so I don't understand this error, I rechecked my SD card and everything is as its suppose to be.

Just recheck the guide to make sure you have all the files and all of them in their right places.

I think you put the wrong .firm on the folders, the boot9strap.firm file from the Luma3DSv7.1.7z file has to be on the root of the SD card, and both the boot9strap.firm and boot9strap.firm.sha files of the boot9strap-1.0.zip file have to go to the boot9strap folder of the SD Card

"check lower screen for error" - and you think people can help you - even bumping twice - if you didn't even add the info from the lower screen (in red, might I add)?
