Hardware Showing Ver. while having homebrew 3DS??

So recently I was going to switch my files on my old SD card to a new one I bought and I was going through settings to make sure everything was ready and I saw Ver. In my settings, I had already downloaded CFW and I have gone homebrew which all works perfect but I don’t know if this will mess up the transfer ( oh yeah I’m transferring it to a 16GB SD Card) any help??

The "ver" string is normal and can be changed does not change the fact u have CFW

So there won’t be any corruption if I transfer my files to another SD Card right because that’s the thing I’m worried about
